High temperature causes 30 school students lost sense at Dholai Cachar

Bam Bidya Pith High School authority informed the parents and sent the ill students to the hospital for treatment

30 school students lost sense in a school at Dholai Cachar due to high temperature. The incident takes place on Saturday morning at Bam Bidya Pith High School in the Bhaga Bazar area.

According to the sources on Saturday morning at first, a girl student in 6th standard started behaving abnormally, and following her many of her classmates fainted. Soon after this, the illness spreads in every class like a wave. The school authority then informed the parents and sent the ill students to the hospital for treatment.

Growing summer just reaching its highest temperatures this week in Assam. Though the government of Assam has already taken steps to reschedule school timings as some precautionary measure to relax the young students, this is not just sufficient actually.

The government should also put more focus on meals provided in the schools. The food pattern of the government school also needs some change because of this deadly summer. The food menu in Schools should include more hydrating meals. It should be according to the season and weather.
