Two local boys kidnapped by a Sub Inspector. The news spreads like fire in Barak Valley. Though it is not clear till because it is till just an allegation. Badarpur Sub Inspector Bidhan Das accused of Kidnapping local boys at Katigorah.
But the incident creates many criticisim through out the state. This horrific incident happens in Katigorah under Cachar district.
On May 1st two local boys of Katigorah Qutub Rabbani and Altaf Hussain was kidnapped. Somehow they succeed to run from the kidnapper. After that they filed an FIR against Badarpur PS Sub Inspector Bidhan Das for kidnapping them. According to their allegation police starts immidiate investigation. DIG Kankan Jyoti Saikia soon rushed to the Katigorah PS to evacate the truth. Police investigating the matter and recovered a laptop, some suspicious commodities from the house of accused Sub Inspector Bidhan Das. If Bidhan Das find guilty in the investigation he will be arrested soon, police sources says.
