The earthquake’s effects continue as aftershocks, including one measuring 6.4 magnitude, add to the damage and hamper relief efforts. International aid is arriving swiftly to assist Myanmar and Thailand. India has dispatched rescue teams and medical supplies, while the United Nations has announced a $5 million relief fund.
