Demonstrating deep empathy for the displaced families, representatives of the organization officially presented a financial contribution of ₹50,000 to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
Delegation Meets CM Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma
The delegation from the Barak Valley Jalha Samaj was granted a courtesy meeting with Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma during the cheque presentation. The interaction provided an opportunity for brief discussions surrounding the prevailing flood situation across Upper Assam, the hardships faced by inundated communities, and the ongoing humanitarian efforts driven by local organizations.
