The high-level meeting focused on evaluating progress, resolving critical land acquisition bottlenecks, and establishing strict operational timelines for flagship state and central infrastructure projects.

- Madhuraghat Bridge:Progress on the crucial bridge across the Barak River connecting Malugram directly to Dudhpatil.
- Capital–Rangirkhari Road: Upgrades and widening of the major urban arterial stretch.
- Regional Arterial Highways: Performance evaluation of key regional links including Silchar–Malua, Badarpur–Malidhar, Silchar–Jiribam, Pailapool–Hangrum, Borkhola–Kalain routes, and the Silghat Bridge.

Minister Kaushik Rai conducted a detailed status audit of ongoing land acquisition and compensation mechanisms under flagship schemes such as Bharatmala and Asom Mala. Special focus was directed toward clearing unencumbered land packages for the proposed Silchar Greenfield Airport and other high-priority state initiatives.
